1. Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of poysa.org and its subdomains (together, the "Sites"), and any related services offered by Poysa ("Poysa", "we", "us"). By using the Sites you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Sites.

1.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding agreement. You may not use the Sites if you are located in, or a citizen or resident of, a country or territory where using digital assets or taking part in token sales is prohibited, or if you are on any sanctions list.

1.2 Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login details, wallet keys and seed phrases safe. Poysa never asks for your private keys or seed phrase and cannot recover them. All activity under your account is your responsibility.

1.3 Acceptable use

• No unlawful activity, including money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or sanctions evasion.
• No attempt to hack, overload or disrupt the Sites, smart contracts or other users.
• No impersonation of Poysa, its team or other users, and no fake promotions or giveaways.
• No automated scraping or bot activity without written permission.

1.4 Intellectual property

The Poysa name, logos, designs and content on the Sites belong to Poysa or its licensors. You may share links and quote content with attribution, but you may not use Poysa branding in a way that suggests endorsement without written permission.

1.5 Third-party services

The Sites may link to wallets, exchanges, block explorers and other third-party services. Poysa does not control them and is not responsible for their content, security or availability.

1.6 Limitation of liability

The Sites and services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poysa is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost data or losses caused by blockchain network failures, wallet errors or market movements.

1.7 Termination

We may suspend or close access to the Sites or an account if these Terms are broken, if required by law, or to protect users.

1.8 Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms. The new version applies from the date shown above. These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Poysa's operating entity is registered; details will be published here once incorporation is complete (see section 8).

2. Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Poysa collects, why, and what rights you have. Poysa's contact address is in Barcelona, Spain, and we aim to handle personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

We process data to perform a contract with you, to meet legal obligations (such as KYC/AML), for our legitimate interests (security and improving the Sites), or with your consent (for example, marketing emails). You can withdraw consent at any time.

2.3 Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help run the Sites (hosting, email, identity verification), with authorities when the law requires it, and with professional advisers under confidentiality.

2.4 Blockchain data

Transactions on public blockchains are permanent and visible to anyone. Poysa cannot change or delete on-chain data.

2.5 Retention

We keep account data while your account is active. KYC records are kept for the period required by anti-money-laundering law (usually five years after the relationship ends), then deleted.

2.6 Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, or object to processing, by emailing info@poysa.org. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

2.7 Children

The Sites are not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

3. Cookie Policy

Cookies are small files stored by your browser. Poysa uses:

• Essential cookies: needed for login, security and remembering your choices. These cannot be switched off.
• Preference storage: for example, your light/dark theme choice, kept only in your browser.
• Analytics cookies: used only with your consent, to understand how the Sites are used.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may stop working if essential cookies are blocked.

4. Risk Disclosure

• Price volatility: the price of POYSA can rise or fall sharply in a short time and may go to zero.
• Liquidity: you may not be able to sell when you want to, or at the price you expect.
• Regulatory risk: laws on digital assets change and could restrict trading, holding or using POYSA in your country.
• Technology risk: smart contracts, wallets and blockchains can have bugs or be attacked, even after audits.
• Loss of keys: if you lose your private key or seed phrase, your tokens are lost permanently.
• Project risk: roadmap goals, including exchange listings, are targets, not guarantees, and may be delayed or not achieved.
• Stablecoin risk: PSDT aims to hold a 1:1 value, but stablecoins can lose their peg if reserves, banking partners or markets fail.
• No deposit protection: digital assets are not covered by bank deposit guarantees or investor compensation schemes.

5. AML / KYC Policy

Poysa does not tolerate money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or sanctions evasion.

• Know Your Customer: participants in private or public token sales may be asked to verify their identity (government ID, selfie, proof of address) before receiving tokens.
• Sanctions screening: users and wallet addresses are checked against international sanctions lists. Sanctioned persons and restricted countries are blocked.
• Monitoring: unusual or suspicious activity may be reviewed, and contributions may be refused or returned.
• Reporting: where required by law, suspicious activity is reported to the relevant authorities.
• Record keeping: verification records are stored securely for the legally required period.

6. Token Sale Terms

These terms apply to any seed, private or public sale of POYSA, in addition to the Terms of Use. Full details are published at invest.poysa.org before each round opens.

• Nature of the token: POYSA is a utility token for the Poysa ecosystem. It is not a share, bond or security, and it gives no ownership, voting, dividend or profit rights in any company.
• No promise of return: buying POYSA is not an investment contract. Poysa does not promise any profit or price increase.
• Official channels only: contributions are accepted only through the methods and addresses published on invest.poysa.org. Funds sent anywhere else cannot be recovered.
• Vesting and locks: tokens from early rounds may be released over time according to the published vesting schedule.
• Eligibility: KYC may be required. People in restricted countries cannot take part.
• Refunds: contributions are final unless a round is cancelled or does not reach its minimum target, in which case the published refund process applies.
• Taxes: you are responsible for any taxes on buying, holding or selling tokens.

It is not financial, investment, legal or tax advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any financial product in any jurisdiction.
